Former Philips industrial park C-Mill in Heerlen is nominated in a contest for the best Dutch business park.C-Mill is the brainchild of Geerd Simonis, who turned an old Philips factory and industrial park into an urban park full of creative startup companies. With currently 700 people working at the park C-Mill is nearly full.
Several business parks compete each other in three different categories. C-Mill competes in the Economic category and has two competitors in Haarlem and Rotterdam. September 29th all winners will be announced at the National Business Park Congress at the RAI in Amsterdam.
