Q-Park's Liverpool ONE, the 2000-space car park that opened in 2008 has won the (EPA) European Parking Association 's award for its first class innovative design, ultra modern feel and light airy atmosphere. The high profile awards ceremony was held at the EPA congress in Vienna, Austria and the Liverpool ONE parking destination was praised for its high ceilings and striking spiral staircase topped by an eye catching glass dome which lets in plenty of natural light; a huge architectural achievement.
Q-Park Great Britain Managing Director Adam Bidder: “I could not be more passionate about this winning parking destination and it is great that its beauty, safety and convenience have been recognized and appreciated on a European scale. Car parks have frequently been criticized for not providing quality facilities which customers deserve. This award demonstrates that Q-Park is leading the way in setting a new benchmark for quality in parking not only in Britain but across Europe”.
